Breakfast Book Club at Union + Co. 10/8: How High We Go in the Dark by Sequoia Nagamatsu

BBC will meet quarterly on the 2nd Tuesday of Each Quarter. Free for Union + Co Members, $5 donation requested for non-Union + Co Members. Light snacks & coffee will be served.

Join the Sagadahoc County Working Communities Challenge Team for an evening of community learning about youth mental health and how we can help increase youth hopefulness.

We will review the Maine Integrated Youth Health Survey (MIYHS) a biennial survey of Maine students in grades 5-12 that monitors health behaviors and attitudes.

Free and open to the public, all ages welcome.

Join We Heroines, a networking group for and by women, for a free networking event designed to help women:

• Build meaningful friendships with other inspiring women.

• Expand professional circles and open doors to new opportunities.

• Connect with like-minded individuals who share similar drive and passion.
