The Grant Building is centrally located in Bath’s historic downtown. Sandwiched between the local butcher Kennebec Meat Co. and Italian bakery Solo Pane e Pasticceria, the building is a 2 - 3 minute walk to all of your favorite downtown retail shops and watering holes.

The Grant Building will be the new home of Union + Co, Bath's coworking, private office and flexible event space. The building will also be home to Cellar on Centre, a white box theater. It will have four residential units on the second and third floors.
