John H. Allen Jr. is a Maine-based painter who works primarily in oil. Born and raised in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, John came to Maine to study fine art at the Portland School of Art, now MECA & D. John holds both Associate and Bachelors degrees in Fine Art.
