Wholly Divine: Guided Meditation & Open Sit

Wholly Divine offers weekly classes of vinyasa yoga, meditation, and devotional music and dance. Grounded in the ancient traditions of Yoga, classes blend physical exercise, pranayama (breath), and mindfulness along with mantra and democratic discussions around the body, mind, spirit connection. In support of satsaunga–spiritual companionship–Wholly Divine seeks to celebrate individual and universal expressions of the Divine and facilitate connections with neighboring worldviews and wellbeing practices. Each class is followed by an informal group share, an open opportunity for participants to share reflections, creative works, and personal practices. All are welcomed!

Schedule:

  • Yoga Flow for Core Strength: Tuesday 12:15pm - 12:45pm

  • Restorative Flow: Wednesday 5:15pm - 5:45pm

  • Kirtan Love: Sunday 9:30am - 10am (all instruments welcome)

  • Guided Meditation & Open Sit: Sunday 10am - 11am

Instructors 

Wilder Nicholson, Yoga Alliance RYT 200hr. 

Wilder is a passionate yogi, community organizer, and farmer based in Dresden. With a focus on mindful movement, Wilder teaches a range of wellness classes that blend yoga, meditation, and discussion for a holistic practice. Asanas are built from the ground up and classes are readily accessible for all levels. Informed by Yoga, Buddhism, and Native American worldviews, Wilder enjoys studying and discussing understandings of the sacred for shared learning. 

Location: Front & Centre, 48 Front St, Bath Maine 04530. Enter through Union + Co coworking space at 48 Front Street, 3rd floor studio.

Physical distancing will be observed. Please wear a mask and bring your own mat and props. Please register for each event separately via Eventbrite.
