Embodying Mindfulness
Take a midday break and join Alice MacDonald for an Embodying Mindfulness session. In this session we will look at ways to integrate mindful moments into your daily life that will allow you to connect to an easier balance, a sense of flow, and your body-mind relationship. We will begin with a short guided awareness practice followed by an introduction to practice mindfulness while sitting, standing, and walking. This session provides a space for you to rest, reset, and renew your energy!
Alice MacDonald is an AmSAT Certified Alexander Technique Teacher based in Bath, ME and Brooklyn, NY. She is passionate about helping people build awareness around how they can use and connect with their bodies in everyday activities. The Alexander Technique provides a process for increasing the awareness of ourselves in order to create change that can allow for an improved state of balance, ease, and flow.
