MEET CHARLES 

I am in the business of City Planning and Urban Design.  I am the founder and principal of czb.  Our firm specializes in city planning and urban design, including economic analyses and modeling, spatial analysis and mapping and architecture and urban design, zoning analysis and development, and real estate finance and development consulting.  

How did you get started?

I began working in community development after working on Capitol Hill.
